Planning something unique? We have the ability to cater to almost any event you can think of!

All of our events require a 2 hour minimum and can be up to 4 hours.

What we provide:

• 12′ X 12′ diaplay to contain reindeer
• Set-up and cleanup
• Ground tarp with wood chips
• Decorations for around the holding pen
• 2 reindeer
• Feed and water
• 1-2 Handlers to interact with guests, educate, and answer any questions
• Marketing through our social pages and website to let our followers know about your event (excludes private events, or if you request us not to)
• Liability insurance

What you provide:

• A flat 15′ X 15′ clean area for our display
• Easy access to holding pen location (shortest distance from trailer to pen area as possible)
• Speakers and other noise making equipment 100′ away at minimum
• Safe access all the way around the holding pen for your guests
• If your event is being held inside, you must provide cleanup between front entrance and pen location (portage fee may apply depending on distance)
• Additional security (location and size of event dependent)
• No pets allowed at your event

We will get back to you as soon as possible to go over your event and provide you with a quote. All scheduled events must be held with a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your event fee, with the remainder due 3 days prior to the event. Our reindeer will appear at your event rain, snow, or shine.
